Want to become a Yin yoga teacher deeply rooted in your understanding of the Embodiment and moving stillness?
This bespoke and different Yin training invites us to discover listening and sensing with our whole body through the art of moving stillness.
During this training, we create gentle long-held postures and utilise somatics practices through embodied expressions using carefully curated theming.
This practice stimulates us to learn how to restore, rewire, and replenish our nervous system and is informed by the teachings of Eastern Philosophy.
