Heart 100 Hour Advanced Training

  • “The ultimate Consciousness is always present everywhere. It is beyond space and time, with not before or after. It is undeniable and obvious. So what can be said about it?”

    -Abhinavagupta

Our amazing teachers, Fanny Olsson and Jenny Roche will be facilitating this training, and can't wait to share all these practices with you.

HEART is all about the direct realisation traditions and the natural, unconditioned state of aliveness that, though inconceivable, can be directly known and lived from. The module is a deep dive into the life-affirming tantrik view and methods, along with somatics that awakens the felt-sense of the teachings for yourself and your students.

It is an invitation into a more intimate relationship with existence, and to the powerful enlightened potential at the heart of your own being. It is a portal to the path that offers a solution to the non-existent problem that is living, through engagement, creative imagination and alchemy.

Each day will explore one of the many facets of the tradition and the tantrik/non-dual disposition, through satsang, sadhana, selected sutras from some of the scriptures, somatics, and more. And you will walk away with a toolbox of engaging practices (such as mantra-s, energy body practices, visualizations, and somatizations) and liberating perspectives to bring home to your own personal sadhana, as well as to your community.

To dance is to remember…

Dance 100Hr Authentic Flow Tribe Teacher Training

  • “Human beings need ecstatic trance. Trance states have played a vital and necessary role in human culture and in the shaping of human history, causing some anthropologists to label the attainment of these states the 'main need' of the 'ceremonial animal' that is the human being. Trance states traditionally help communities reinforce shared bonds, establish values, gain insight into the nature of reality, establish reciprocal relation with the natural world, and even heal. Yet in the modern world, trance states have been pathologized by both institutionalized religion and science, and ecstatic ritual has lost its centrality. “ (From Joshua Schrei )

    To Dance is to Remember.

When held with integrity, dance becomes a threshold, a sacred place where we meet ourselves, soften our edges, and silence the inner critic. It is a living ritual, where music and movement unite in service of healing, community, and connection.

Across time and culture, indigenous traditions have honored dance as a gateway to spirit, Earth, and the unseen. Long before modern language, humans danced to pray, to grieve, to celebrate, to call the rains, to summon courage, and to mark transitions of life. Dance was, and remains, a ceremony. A communal heartbeat. A remembering of belonging.

In the circle, around fires, under stars, with drums echoing like the pulse of the land, people have always moved in rhythm with something greater. These traditions teach us that dance is not entertainment, it is embodied reverence. It is how the soul speaks through the body.

Ecstatic states have always fed the human spirit. In the dance, we remember: rapture, emotion, interconnectedness, and the vastness of our true nature. Without this access to embodied Truth, joy and release, we may seek ecstasy in ways that disconnect or harm, rather than heal.

The body longs to move, it is built for rhythm, for resonance, for release. Through somatically guided, intentional movement, we open ancestral pathways of expression and unlock each person’s unique, primal vibration.

Here, we dance not in isolation but in lineage, with those who came before and those yet to come.

We use somatization as our anchors. Our dances are not choreographed, but discovered. We let sensation lead and gravity catch us. We return to the body’s native language, instinctual, raw, real.

    This is not performance.

    This is not perfection.

    This is remembrance.

This is Dance, as it wishes to be.

    We dance.

Beyond: Trauma Led Training for Somatic Facilitators

  • As somatic and body based modalities continue to grow, the spaces we hold continue to deepen. Whether through yoga, breathwork, movement, or other embodied practices, we are no longer just guiding people through poses, rhythms, or breath.

We are guiding people into the depths of their bodies, their nervous systems, and their personal histories.

This requires knowledge, skill, and trauma led awareness.

This 30 hour CPD training blends the latest in nervous system science, trauma theory, and body based practices to support you to show up with clarity, empathy, and professional integrity, no matter what arises in your space.

It is built around three pillars and Strands:

    KNOWLEDGE

    Module 1: Foundations of Trauma

Understanding trauma, how it presents in somatic spaces, and why this matters for facilitators.

    Module 2: The Nervous System

Polyvagal theory, neuroception, state shifts, the female nervous system & the menstrual cycle, and how to read nervous system cues in real time.

    SKILL SET

Module 3: Core Somatic Facilitation Skills

Tracking, pendulation, titration, working with charge, survival responses, somatic mapping, and trauma sensitive touch.

    INTERGRATION

50 Hour Yin and Nidra Training

  • The Meridian Body: Yin and Nidra Training

Want to become a Yin yoga teacher deeply rooted in embodiment, energetics, and the art of moving stillness?

This bespoke Yin Yoga training is informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Eastern philosophy, offering a pathway into Yin as a living, listening practice rather than a static shape-based approach.

Through the cultivation of moving stillness, we explore how Yin postures, subtle motion and attention support the flow of Qi (energy) through the meridian system, inviting deeper connection with the organs, tissues, and nervous system.

Throughout the training, we work with long-held, gentle postures, somatic inquiry, and embodied expression, guided by carefully curated theming rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, elemental awareness, and seasonal rhythms.

This practice invites restoration, rewiring, and replenishment of the nervous system while supporting the body’s natural capacity for balance and regulation. Yin becomes a practice of listening to the intelligence of the body, sensing from within, and allowing stillness to inform movement.

    What will the course include?

    • How to skillfully curate Yin classes rooted in embodiment and energetics, using Yin postures as gateways into sensing, listening, and inner awareness

    • Embodied Anatomy & the Meridian System, exploring how fascia, joints, organs, and Qi interact within a Yin practice.

    • Introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, including meridians, the organ systems, The Elements, and seasonal energetics as they relate to Yin Yoga

    • Qi Gong and TCM-informed tools that cultivate moving stillness, support energetic circulation, and develop subtle body awareness. Allowing your Yin classes to move beyond replication and become an embodied, intuitive expression.

    • Class theming through Chakras, The Elements, and organ systems, supporting whole-body listening and being.

    • Tantric & Eastern Philosophy lectures, offering depth and context for practices of embodiment, presence, and inner cultivation
