Whether you’ve not yet lifted off the ground into the fun arm balance you’d like to or whether you’re a seasoned arm balance pro, this workshop is a light hearted, stress free experience where you will get the opportunity to discover what is most important when practicing arm balances and how to get into them when you thought it impossible!
