Women’s health is an area that often gets brushed over in yoga with a few poses often featured as cure alls. This intricate system of yoga can have a powerful effect on supporting hormonal balance and fertility when approached from an individualized perspective with the phases of the cycle in mind.
In this workshop with Sally there will be opportunities to dig into specifics on how to individualize the practice to support a variety of different female reproductive and hormonal issues as well as look at how to adjust the practice for different phases of the cycle.

The workshop will be a combination of experiential learning opportunities (a combination of yin and yang practices) as well as the opportunities for discussion and sharing.
Plus a take home self-care hormone balancing kit including a jar of tea and a tonic herbal tincture carefully curated to your individual needs (including period comfort, PMS, menopause ease, sleep time, relax & restore).
This workshop will be curated to the needs of those who attend. You will be contacted closer to the time for the opportunity to put together your self care kit as well as share individual issues so that these can be included.
