Join George as we journey through the chakras, cultivating a deeper understanding of our energy centres, and creating balance within your mental, spiritual and physical bodies.
You’ll learn what the chakras are and asanas, pranayama practices, mantras and mudras to heal them. We’ll move through a blend of dynamic vinyasa flow and calmer, slower movements, ending with a beautiful, deep rest in Savasana.
All levels welcome, there’ll be modifications for beginners and opportunities for those of you with a regular practice to delve deeper. Whether you’re in touch with your spiritual side or whether you think the chakras are a little bit out there there’ll be something in this workshop for you.
