Together, we will explore a variety of breathing practices aimed at soothing and balancing
the nervous system, and preparing you for Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice bringing
rest and calm to your whole system.
Similar to meditation, the Nidra practice is guided, with the invitation to practice lying down
as you slowly drift to a dream-like state between waking and sleeping.
No previous experience of breathwork or Nidra is required, simply the courage to come as
you are and embrace rest - sometimes it’s the most radical thing we can do.
