A gentle Breathwork & Meditation class to rewind at the end of your week. You'll be guided through Pranayama techniques that are deeply nourishing to your nervous system, ending your practise with some soothing meditation.

Add a new dimension to yoga practise, past the asana & dive into the wisdom within the 8 Limbs of Yoga. While also learning how conscious breath supports your nervous system.

Suitable for beginners and above. Feel free to Bring a cushion to sit on.
