Curious about meditation but unsure of where to start? Maybe you’ve tried it before but not found the right practice for you.

In this three-week series, we will explore different meditative practices from the Mindfulness tradition. Each week will build on the week before and a recording will be provided so you can practice between sessions.

We will consider the challenges of practicing including finding ease in different positions, and tips on creating a regular practice.

There will be time for questions and sharing and you’ll come away with a variety of techniques for your home practice.

You don’t need any previous experience and everyone is welcome.
